Standard coverage runs from the top of Los Angeles to the border and inland to Anza-Borrego — no travel fee inside that area. Outside it a travel fee applies and is paid before the shoot, always included up front in your quote.

What buyers want to know is what surrounds the property — the lot, the canyon behind it, how close the water really is. That only reads from the air, and it's the first thing they scroll for.
One flight covers both the stills for the listing photos and the moving footage for the walkthrough, so the sellers only have to clear out once.

We shoot a 360° capture point in every room and at the key exterior positions — entry, yard, view lines. A typical three-bed takes about an hour on site.

A hosted link plus an embed code, live within 48 hours. Hosting is included for the first six months, which outlasts most listings.
Two different products
The interactive tour is navigable — the buyer controls where they go, and it lives at a link. The FPV flythrough is a single continuous shot flown from outside the house through the front door and around the interior. It's a film, not a tour, and it's the one that stops the scroll on Instagram. Plenty of listings want both; they're captured on the same visit.
